After years of working as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with various healthcare organizations across the Greater Philadelphia area, Dr. Maria Njiru, DNP, CRNP, became the CEO & President of Paradise Manor. Dr. Maria brings a deep passion for supporting and caring for the elderly, shaped by her extensive hands-on experience in senior healthcare. She actively oversees all management and day-to-day operations of our assisted living community in Hatfield, PA. 

Dr. Maria strives to create a warm, home-like environment where every resident feels comfortable, respected, and valued. She is deeply committed to personalizing care to meet the unique physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual. Her approach emphasizes compassion, dignity, and consistent communication to ensure every resident feels safe and supported throughout their stay.

Wilson Njiru brings extensive experience and deep-rooted expertise in the assisted living field to his role at Paradise Manor. Having worked in senior care for many years, Wilson has developed a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and administrative operations. He has successfully managed multiple aspects of elder care—including compliance, staff training, and individualized resident support—with a focus on maintaining dignity and promoting independence for each resident.

Wilson's administrative acumen ensures that Paradise Manor operates efficiently while staying aligned with all state and federal regulations. His compassionate approach, combined with his operational insight, makes him a trusted leader in the senior care community.
